A NEW PIECE FOR BEGINNER STRINGS ADDED TO WEBSITE

A new piece for beginner strings, 3rd Beat Forfeit!, has been added to the website today. This piece is the third piece from the First Suite For Beginner Strings and, like the other two pieces, is arranged for 2 violin parts, viola and 2 cello parts. Violin 2, viola and cello 2 parts only use open strings while violin 1 and cello 1 use all the fingers in 1st position.

A new price list page has been added to the website today to make our pricing bands and options as clear as possible. The string orchestra pieces that come from the string suites can now be bought as complete suites for a discounted price and there are reduced prices for arrangements purchased of both string and orchestral works in their current arrangements.

MORE NEW PIECES ADDED TO STRING CATALOGUE

A new piece for string orchestra, Vivo Positivo, has been added to the website today and can be heard on the String Catalogue audio player. It is currently scored for 3 violin parts, viola, 2 cello parts and double bass and is suitable for players of approximately grade 3 - 5 standard.Of course this can be further fine-tuned to suite your string group.
Also added today are two new pieces for beginner string groups. “ Just for starters “ and “ Let’s Begin “ are arranged for 2 violin parts, viola and 2 cello parts. Violin 2, viola and cello 2 parts only use open strings while violin 1 and cello 1 use all the fingers in 1st position.

SMALL PRICE INCREASE

Having kept our prices unaltered since we started, we are going to make a small increase from 31st July 2017 of £2.50 on the price of all arrangements. Any orders received before this date will of course be charged at the old price so plan your music for the Christmas Term soon and get your orders in by the end of July!
